What we collect

When you submit a request we store what you type: name, email, optional phone, job location and lift details, and the time of the request. To limit spam we also store a one-way, salted hash of your IP address (not the address itself).

To count visitors we record the page visited, the date and a salted one-way hash of your IP address and browser. We do not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics scripts on public pages.

How we use and share it

If you tick the consent box, we share your request with up to three independent crane or boom-truck providers who serve your area so they can contact you about that job. We don't sell your information to data brokers or use it for unrelated marketing. Providers who receive your request handle it under their own privacy practices.

Retention and deletion

Requests are kept as long as needed to make the referral and keep basic records. To ask for your request to be deleted, use the request form and write "delete my request" with the email you used.

Security

Requests are stored outside the public website folder and are only viewable with a password.
